RejiAI vs Submagic
In short
Submagic is a caption-first editor for short videos, sold by videos per month with a length cap on each plan. RejiAI is sold by minutes of finished video, cuts long videos into clips, takes edits as plain sentences and also makes motion videos from a brief. Submagic is live today; RejiAI is in pre-launch.

If your clip is already cut and you mainly want strong animated captions on it, Submagic is aimed squarely at that. If you are starting from an hour of footage, or from no footage at all, the two tools look less alike.
What each one is for
Submagic's plans centre on captioning and polishing shorts: AI captions, auto-zoom, silence removal, b-roll, and on higher tiers stock footage, a brand kit, 4K export at 60 FPS and API access. Each plan caps the length of a video: 2 minutes on Starter, 5 on Pro, 30 on Business.
RejiAI starts earlier and goes further. Klip takes a long source (a podcast, a webinar, an interview), finds the moments, reframes and captions them. Kurgu renders a motion video from a written brief. Then the assistant edits by sentence. Usage is counted in minutes of finished video, not in number of videos.
