Refund Policy

14-day refund

If you are unhappy with a subscription payment, write to us within 14 days of that payment and we will refund it in full.

There is one limit, and it is there to stop the free plan being pointless: if you have used most of the month's render minutes before asking, we may refund the unused proportion rather than the whole payment. We will tell you which applies before processing anything.

Try before you pay

Every account includes a free plan with a monthly render allowance and no card required. It runs the same pipeline as the paid plans — the intended way to find out whether RejiAI suits your videos is to use it, not to buy it.

Cancelling

Cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep your plan until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing is deleted.

We do not charge a cancellation fee and there is no minimum term.

Failed renders

Render minutes reserved for a render that fails are returned automatically. If a failure has cost you minutes and they have not come back, tell us and we will restore them.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from the address on your account, and say which payment you mean. Refunds are issued by our payment provider to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
