1. What RejiAI does

RejiAI takes a video you upload, transcribes it, and uses AI to propose short vertical clips with captions, which it then renders for you to download or publish.

The proposals are automated suggestions. They can be wrong, unfunny, or badly cut. You are responsible for reviewing anything before you publish it.

2. Your account

You need an account to use RejiAI, and you are responsible for what happens under it. Keep your login details to yourself.

One account is for one person. If you need access for a team, contact us.

3. Your content stays yours

You keep every right you already had in the videos you upload and in the clips RejiAI renders from them. We claim no ownership.

You grant us only the permission we need to run the service: to store your video, transcribe it, send the transcript to our AI provider to plan the edit, render clips, and deliver them back to you. Nothing more.

We do not use your videos to train AI models, and we do not show them to anyone else.

4. What you may not upload

You must have the right to use whatever you upload. Do not upload material that infringes someone else's copyright, that is illegal where you are, that depicts sexual content involving minors, or that exists to harass a specific person.

We may remove content and close accounts that break this, without a refund for the period concerned.

5. Plans, limits and payment

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of render minutes and a set of features, both listed on the pricing page. Render minutes are counted against the duration of the clips you export; they reset at the start of each billing month and do not roll over.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Payment, invoicing and applicable taxes are handled by our payment provider, which acts as merchant of record and is the seller on your receipt.

We may change prices. If we do, the new price applies to your next billing period and you will be told before it takes effect.

6. Availability

RejiAI is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and to keep your projects safe, but we do not promise uninterrupted service, and rendering may queue at busy times.

Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose. RejiAI is an editing tool, not a backup service.

7. Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost audience, or indirect damage.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Ending the agreement

You can cancel at any time from your account settings; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or that puts the service or other users at risk.
