This explains what RejiAI stores, why, who else sees it, and how to get rid of it. It describes what the product actually does, not what a template says it might.
What we collect
Account data: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the account identifier Google returns. We do not receive your password.
Content: the videos you upload, the transcripts produced from them, the editing plans generated for them, your brand kit (colour, logo, font), and the clips that are rendered.
Usage data: how many uploads and renders you have made, how many render minutes you have spent, and your plan and its status. This is what enforces the limits on the pricing page.
Technical data: error reports and server logs. These carry identifiers such as a job or user id, and never your video or its transcript.
Why we process it
To provide the service you asked for: transcription, AI edit planning, rendering, storage and delivery of your clips.
To enforce plan limits and to bill you correctly.
To tell you about your own work — that a render finished, that a job failed, that you are close to your monthly limit.
To find and fix faults.
Who else processes it
Supabase — authentication, database and file storage.
Deepgram — speech-to-text. Receives the audio of the videos you upload.
Anthropic — the AI that plans the edit. Receives the transcript text, not the video.
Pexels — stock B-roll search, when you use it. Receives your search terms only.
Resend — sends the transactional emails described above. Receives your email address and the message.
Our payment provider — handles checkout, subscriptions and invoices as merchant of record. Receives your payment and billing details directly; we never see your card.
Sentry — error reporting, when enabled. Receives error details and identifiers, not content.
PostHog (EU region) — product analytics, when enabled. Receives a fixed list of events (an upload started, a render finished, a plan limit was reached) tied to your account id. It does not receive your videos, transcripts, clip titles or email address, and automatic click-tracking is switched off precisely so that it cannot.
None of these are permitted to use your content for their own purposes, including model training.
How long we keep it
Projects, transcripts and rendered clips stay until you delete them or close your account.
Temporary working files created during a render are removed as soon as the render finishes, and swept on restart if a crash left them behind.
Usage counters are kept for the billing period they belong to. Error reports are kept for a limited retention window and then deleted.
Your rights
You can see and delete your projects at any time from the dashboard.
You can ask for a copy of your data, or for your account and everything in it to be deleted, by writing to [email protected]. Deleting an account deletes its projects, uploads and renders.
If you are in the EU or the UK, you also have the right to object to processing and to complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies
RejiAI sets two kinds of cookie: the session cookie that keeps you signed in, and a cookie remembering your interface language. There is no advertising or cross-site tracking cookie.
